This weekend, Breaux Bridge is closing off the downtown streets for a Christmas Artwalk in Paris a la Breaux Bridge this Saturday evening from 4pm to 8pm. Merchants will be up set up from both ends of Bridge street to Washington Street. Strollers are welcome.
Papa Noel will fly in from the North Pole and be set up around 3:30 pm at the Teche Center for the Arts. Vendors will be selling artwork, paintings, crafts, candles, beauty products, sweets, jewelry, food and sculptures.
All downtown area restaurants will be open according its regular business hours. Tante Marie, Buck and Johnny’s , and Cafe Syndie Mae will serving a small to-go plate. Cafe Sydie will also be offering specialty cocktails.
Kids and adults can get their face painted at Monroe’s Boutique. Be sure to check the Christmas Photo Opp at T’s Tree Booth.
Music starts at 4pm featuring the Jo-Genes, and at 6pm with the Magnalites.
