With preseason camp starting up, the Ragin’ Cajuns add on to the accolades with another player being added to preseason watch lists, and a Cajun who has been added to another watch list.
Cajuns offensive lineman Ken Marks has been named to the Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award Watch List. The award is given to the top offensive lineman in Division 1 football. Marks started all 11 games for the Cajuns last season at left guard and was a big contributor to the offensive line unit that ranked fifth in the nation.
Quarterback Levi Lewis added to his preseason watch list resume, joining both the Manning Award watch list and the College Football Performer of the Year Award Watch List. The Manning Award goes to the best American collegiate football quarterback judged by the Sugar Bowl Committee.
